Anyone have a part number for the piece that the door latch goes into? (FV270 2004)

Boat is finally back in the water after 1000's in repairs to the drive and 3 months (sigh)... somehow on the way down here the only part that went missing was the part that the door latch goes into... was just searching GLS...don't see it. Anyone have any clue what that part # might be?

Are you talking about the little rubber grommet on the engine cover side?

Do you mean the little piece on the left? This is what my 2000 270 has for a cabin door latch. Except mine's black nylon on the handle part.

yes, that's what I'm talking about, it's metal, with a rubber grommet inside.. Lost the metal part somehow...

nope, but it has stopped raining here lately. I plan to dive into it next week after work.

Yours is leaking to the floor in the cabin as I recall...thought I had mine pegged...aggravating.

yeah, it's coming from somewhere near the windows... thank god for the dry . season down here in the keys
