microwave removal on 2009 Rinker 280EC

Anyone had to remove their microwave on a 2009 Rinker 280EC ?  How do you remove the old microwave ?  I see 4 screws screws on the shelf on the bottom of the shelf it sits on.  Cannot see however if these need to be removed to pull out the old microwave.  Any ideas on where I can get a replacement for the microwave, i.e. make and model.

The screws under the cabinet hold a piece of plywood that the microwave is srcewed to

@Lonnie Push it back take out the black starboard piece in front of the nuker then you should be able wiggle it out.

oh boy, I ordered one a few years ago, but can't seem to find any receipts on where I got it.  (I usually keep this stuff pretty organized)

Is the tray really that specific to that model? Maybe you can get any tray as long as the diameter will fit. It seems like the centers are all the same on microwave that turn.
