Stainless cabin sink

Just wondering if anyone else has had their stainless cabin sink form a light rusting in areas? What have you done to stop it from happening again? Thanks

I always put a good coat of wax on it. Try some Barkeepers Friend to take the rust off and use it to clean the sink, then wax her up!

+1 Bar Keepers Friend.  Mild abrasive with mild bleach ... I use it all the time at home, and I've found many uses on the boat.

Bar keepers for bad stains. For regular cleaning get a stainless steel appliance cleaner. Not only will it clean but will also put a treatment on the stainless that helps prevent rust and gunk from accumulating.

Wd 40 sucks as a rust penetrating fluid but works well for cleaning and coating surfaces. It wont do really bad rust stains but most of us have it in the garage already.
