Cabinet Latches - Need a Solution!

My cabin cupboard door lathes on my 2007 320 EC do not always lock securely, especially the one with the TV mounted to it, it will always open in heavy seas, often spilling the precious contents (rum) onto the floor! Does any one have any solutions that look nice?

Well I received the latch, I would have thought they would have included the screws, no big deal, what is the best way to align these for mounting?

You probably need a way to mount the female portion to the inside of the cabinet I would mount a small block of wood to the inside of the cabinet rail making it look like a magnetic latch so that it just has room for the latch use short screws and you can shim the difference then mount the latch to the door put some putty on the wood block put the latch together close the door the putty will mark where you need to mount the female part of the latch to the block of wood.
