Cleaning / Flushing Engine Blocks

I would like to give my engine blocks a good cleaning (Internal). I have the Camco flush kit, has anyone ever mixed up a solution to clean the engine blocks? I was thinking of running the engines to get them up to temp then run a solution in and let it sit for a couple of hours? I want to stay away from any strong acids, I’ve read people using dawn dish detergent or vinegar? Was hoping to loosen up any crud and flush it out. What are you thoughts?

Where do you connect and run this into the engines?

I thought that but then @aero3113 said he'd let it sit a few hours so I though most would get pushed back out.

If you have the kit and shut down before you run out it will stay in the block. Just like if you were using antifreeze to store for the winter.
