Transom Grab handles

My 2008 330 doesn’t have the port and starboard transom handles, I found that strange. While cleaning the transom locker today, I came across the holes for them! I wonder if the previous owner didn’t want them and had the holes filled? I don’t know why he wouldn't have wanted them, it’s a mystery. Does anyone know the part number for them? Maybe I’ll install them.
