You are best off to find a local canvas or sail repair shop

Welcome!  He's right - you won't find anything off-the-shelf that fits.  

One of our members, @davidbrooks, recently had a good experience with an outfit that can take old vinyl and make a copy of it.  I bet they could help you.

I actually tossed my sun pad in the trash and just bought a padded hammock for around $60. Then put a few snaps on it.
