'00 Fiesta Vee 310 - Ground Treminal Block Location

Hello - I have not been able to locate this bugger!  It is NOT in the engine bay/transom wall on my boat.  I have a short or something that is wreaking havoc with my lights & stereo (elect diagram in manual implies these accessories are tied to the port engine).  
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

On my 08 330 it’s on the port wall. There's also a terminal block under the dash panel and behind the breaker panel in the cabin.

If I recall in my 03 310 its on the starboard wall inside engine room forward of holding tank. I’l have a look this week.
