How does one access the anchor chain locker on a Q3? Thanks

I would like to check the anchor chain and attachment to the boat.  Locker is under windlass and behind front cushion.  How do I get access?  is cushion velcroed on?  Doesn't appear so.  Not sure how to get it off, or even if I will have access if I do.

    Welcome!  I'm not positive, but just to give you a quick thing to check:  look for a couple small screws at the bottom of the cushion.  Remove them and slide the cushion up.  A lot of Rinker cushions are attached that way.
