That's just downriver from me. I hate fishing on the river for salmon it gets way out of control and then you also have to be out of the way of the cargo ships in the main channel.

Kudos for the guy posting up about wearing a PFD. Ever try to put one on once in the water?  Clue: good luck. 

Hopefully that cruiser captain got caught.

Putting a life jacket on in the water is a impossible as getting out of a water ditched airplane if you have inflated your vest in the cabin. They don't tell you that in their briefing but it's a death move if you do it.

Saw that one a couple years ago. IIRC the captain was elderly and either had a medical condition or something. Scary
