Towable for 2004 FV 250?

I'm planning on a single-person towable behind our 2004 Fiesta Vee 250. I've seen some discussion with larger boats...has anyone pulled a towable behind their boat this size? And where/how would be the best place to mount the rope?

I used to pull behind a 240.  Higher up is better to pull from.

I've pulled a single seater tube with my 270 with the rope attached to the cleats on either side of the transom.

I added a ski tow eye just above the swim platform on my 270, with a big backing plate. It works well but will fall into the wake on rough days or if I have a heavy load.

Without a doubt, this is the towable tube you need to get. You can even get rid of the rider if you want!
