Flag mount for 2004 FV 250?

I would like to mount a flag on my 2004 Fiesta Fee 250. How have others mounted their flag(s)? It seems like a rail mount would be easiest, but I don't know how secure it would be.

I used a rail mount on my 01 242 , it was a little loose so I just wrapped electrical tape around and then installed it.

I did the exact same, even the tape trick to snug it up.
