Does anybody know how to remove the interior side panels of a 2013 246?

I just purchased a 2013 246 captiva. The radio kept going on and off, so I removed the head unit. Of course the wires were tight and fell down. How do I get the side panels off to et to the wires?

First of all,  welcome to the forum! 

If your 246 is like my 226, simply pop the 3/4" diameter upholstered buttons off of the snaps underneath and use a Phillips to remove the screws.   That should be it.

Mark was right on on getting the upholstery off the side wall then there I think about six screws holding the inside pannel on.  To remove the seat pull on actuator that allows the seat to spin and simply lift up.

Did you ever figure out your stereo issue? My stereo remotes seem to cut out intermittently. I have already replaced the head unit. I have the same year and model as yours so I'm sure you have the MB Quart system as well. I have not however changed out the Y adapter for the remotes.
