Rinker 270 Fiesta Vee thru hull transducer depth meter?

Anyone know the make and model of this thru hull transducer? I assume this is connected to the factory depth finder gauge on the dash? I did not install it. It is located just to the port side on the bottom of the hull just under the engine. Is it easy to replace? I feel it is broken on the underside and needs replacement. Thanks!

    Should be the brand on the gauge. The sending units do not go bad often: the gauge does.  I know with my old one there was no gauge compatible with the transducer so it was a replace all situation. 

    If you are out of the water, the transducer change is pretty straight forward: if you can get to it from inside. I did mine when the engines were out.

    Is it physically damaged or not reading?  Paint over it can make it stop reading, ask me how i know!
