2013 Captiva 296 BR

Were looking at a 2013 Captiva BR with about 60 freshwater hours on it, looks to be in great shape, were heading to take a look at it this weekend, Seller listed it at $65,000, does that seem to be a fair price? I think the price is negotiable, but I dont want to insult the seller either.  I am just asking since Rinker is going away, at least from what I've read recently, will that affect used boat pricing, given they are not going to be manufactured any longer.....any help is appreciated.
