Wiring stereo remotes

I just replaced the Head unit and Amp in my 2006 320 Express cruiser and started trying to figure out how to get the wired remote from the head unit above the TV on the port side to the remote units on the starboard side.   Anybody have any clues aside from running it under the mid cabin mattress?

    I'm not 100% familiar with that model, but it's easy to pull off the headliner.  Pry off the caps, remove the screw, two-person operation.  Would that do anything for you?
