Prolong engine treatment

Anyone ever use this treatment and is it as good as they say..

    On Mercruiser engines have always used the synthetic or semi synthetic they recommended along with the recommended Mercruiser high efficiency oil filter designed for the particular oil used. In non Mercruiser "built engines" engines I have used Kendall Racing, Amsoil and Royal Purple.
