I discovered that the fridge is wired through the range switch on the panel when on shore power. Wonder if its the same on battery? My project today while its in the driveway getting packed for camping. 2005 FV270

    I have a 2005 270fv, but I can run the fridge without turning the wall switch on. All I need to do is turn the knob inside the fridge. With or without shore power.

    My 05 270 is the same, on the range switch while on shore power, and under way it runs on battery.

    Took me a little bit to find out that range switch needed to be on with shore power hooked up to operate @110volts and not drain the battery.
