It will but you may need extra bits. But this is a bargain, grab it.

Yes on twins. Had it on my 342. Just make sure your engines are Smart Craft enabled!

My engines should be Smart Craft ready (2008). All I will need to do is plug it into the starboard engine and have the port engine renamed? Or will it be plug and play? Do you have a pic of the port it plugs into, I do remember seeing a bunch of unused plugs on my engines.

You will need a J box and a few wires, but it is plug and play. Yes, you will need to have one engine renamed.

The port is capped with a terminating resistor.  It's on the stern end of the engine, port side, just behind the ECU.

You'll need a 4 port J box and 2 CAN wires (one 20' and one 25')

@aero3113 you got a great deal.  No, you do not need to run wires to helm.  All in engine room.  It send signal to your phone/iPad by Bluetooth.

You could do it in the engine room but you need the CAN cables anyway - they are relatively inexpensive and easy to run to the helm.

I ran mine up near the helm seat. Worked great there.

Guys, by running it to your helm, is it still just hooked to your phone/tablet by bluetooth?

Yes. It only works vis bluetooth.

Mine is in the engine room at the transom and I have never had any issues connecting to it.

Likewise. If you have early SmartCraft there may not be CAN or SC bus at helm - I needed to plug in at the connector on the engines. But later boats have more wired up there so you can plug in there to get data but it’s still sent to your iPad/iPhone over BT.

That's what I thought.  Mine's all in engine room and I've had no issues connecting.
