2001 340 FV running super rich

Both engines are running way rich and won’t get on plane. Replaced all ignition stuff from coil to plugs. Replaces IAC valves, coolant temp sensors,map sensors, does anyone know if it’s possible to get inside the fuel cooler box while engines are in this boat? It looks awful tight.?

Are you sure there’re running rich? Did you try changing the fuel filters?
