Outdrive trim motor assembly mount replacement

My outdrive trim was not working. I trouble shot the issue to the trim motor assembly mount had rusted away and therefore was not grounded. I hooked up a Ground wire to the housing and the trim worked intermittently. Now I need to get a replacement bracket to properly mount the assembly and get a proper ground. Where can I find this bracket?

You can get it on Amazon. You can go stainless or you can go with a whole assembly with pump and solenoids or you can get one with just solenoids.

Post up a pic.  I may have a spare one id give you a good deal on.  For many years merc and volvo used the same brackets, solenoids and pumps.  Valves were different

Wow, and that's stainless! Mine had started to rot out where it mounts so I fabricated some other  metal. Not an electrical guy but I don't recall anything that grounds the frame to the rest of the boat grounding so the trim operation problems may be a separate issue?

On my 242 I replaced the bracket assembly with the new solenoids also. I put a few stainless washers under the bracket to keep it up off the fiberglass so water wouldn’t sit under it.

All of the brackets ive removed have sat on rubber mounts or bushings.  

Im not near any salt water but enough standing water mixed with out humidity can cause some rust after a few years.
