12V Mini Polisher - you gotta get one...!!!

mattiemattie Member Posts: 1,253 ✭✭✭✭
Bought an ACDelco 12V mini polisher, li-ion. Comes with 2 batts.
Got it for all the hard to reach areas. 3 inch wool pads.
Works like a champ. I know Milwaukee & Harbor Freight have similar machines.
Did all the small areas I usually skip.

    Prob could use an impact.
Nice thing about this unit is the controlled speed. Used it to fix some gel coat scratches from rafting up with other boats.
2000 grit wet with sanding block, compound with the mini buffer - then hit it with the big buffer & Meguiars Cleaner wax. Perfect result.

Supposed to be awesome tool to use on oxidized headlight lenses too.

That’s pretty cool! Although I’ve always used a small cone bonnet from Amazon in my makita drill. For around $10 it makes it easy to get to small places
