Speedo Hose Replacement Bravo 3 BrassFitting

The Rubber speedo hose came out of the transom assembly on a Bravo 3. how do I go about getting a new hose run from inside the boat to the drive?  I see the bras fitting inside the boat the looks like it screws to the transom assembly

I am a new boater with my first boat,  thats why some of my questions seem dumb

    I have a bravo and it was plastic..had abarb on either side to connect the hose...yours is off on the outside? I hooked mine up. Still doesn't work...
