Rear bench seat removal, on driver side in 232 Captiva

I’m trying to remove the flooring in my 1999 Rinker, 232 Captiva.  I’m having issues with the rear driver side seat it will not come out.  Is there a trick to remove the seat without damaging it? 

Any thoughts?

    Pull up. There are clips that the seat slides into.

    I’m worried that it will rip Fastener out of wood for seat!  I made that mistake with the middle bench.
