TV question

So it’s been a long time since I did an overnight trip on the boat and had to use the two TVs. I went to test them today and they don’t turn on.

Does anyone know if there is a switch I need to hit for them to power on or are they just fried? 

They are the 12v Majestic OEMs.

Should be a breaker on the oanel that says 12v outlet?

Nope. No 12v outlet breaker on the panel.
