Galley fridge question

We have a 2006 342 Rinker . The galley fridge works fine with the exception of the freezer , which frosts up so badly within 3-4 weeks that the door of the fridge can’t be closed . Have to defrost constantly. Any ideas of an easy fix? Thanks

    There’s a chance that you might have to replace the seal on the door.

    Right, you are getting too much hot air in to the fridge. Unfortunately on my 06 342 the seal could not be replaced. So I took the door off and noticed a tear in the seal which was easily fixed with liquid nails. Then I bought some thin foam weather stripping from Home Depot and Stuck it under the seal to beef Up the seal. Lastly I wiped the seal down with Vaseline to soften it up. This worked great. Reduced frost a lot and made the fridge cooler.
