Need Help

I am getting 2 beeps 1 minute apart.  Oil pressure, temp,volts,fluid levels are all good. Boat runs great. Thoughts???????

Im dumb on this but isnt that a soft alarm? Like a check engine light on your car.  Its got an issue but isnt a limp mode serious thing.  Have a scan tool?

Two beeps once a minute is either a faulty IAC valve or a sensor that is shorted/open.  Maybe there's a plug that pulled loose.

IAC, also could be master or fuel relays.

He’s saying it’s running fine though. He would have issues starting and idling if IAC valve was bad. @raybo3 , you can swap IAC valves and see if the beeps follow, but I think @LaRea is correct with a sensor.

May be intermittent also with relays. Pull and clean, I had mine so off on a couple of occasions and codes said relays.

My IAC went last week boat ran fine 35 miles and idled fine. AC423 is the ford part but you need a gasket. $56 bucks at O'Reillys

Thanks guys for responses. Going to have it scanned tomorrow. Boat ran great all day. I am thinking water pressure sensor. I will let you know tomorrow.

Ok I am all fixed. Problem was a bad water pressure sensor. $168 for the part.

Nice @raybo3 , where is that sensor located?

Steering cooler I believe. I have one that if connected shows 0 yet disconnected creates the fault. Port works fine. Have to dig further.

@aero3113 Not sure exactly but its on the top of the engine and it took less than a minute for a buddy of mine to change it. I don't climb around too good in the engine room......lol Getting old bahahahaha............ That part can be bought on Amazon for about $35. Another extra part worth keeping on the boat. Need a deep socket to change it....

Yes they are at the starboard side of the power steering coolers on the 350 MAG. 

I bought the $35 Amazon pressure senders and they didn’t work. In the end, I was able to clean out the original sender that wasn’t reading correctly and it is now close enough. 

As @icoultha mentioned, you don’t get alarms unless they’re not reading at all. I monitor raw water temp and not pressure (tho I also have two brand new impellers installed).

I wasn't too worried @YYZRC until I sucked in some mud from a little too shallow and temps went up and beeped until clean came through and all went good so having temperature is key. But I was interested in pressure after that, port was fine, would be nice to see the other. I am going to swap between the 2 and see if 0 goes with it or stays at starboard, indicating a wire or pin issue. It knows it's there, just not info.
