Good day, just acquired a rinker 390 2006 with a dedicated battery, switch that have just been replace from previous owner. However charger not turning on, checked the break on the panel it was turned on, checked the fuse withinthe charger seems fine. Any idea , suggestions. We have check power seems to be coming in to the charger.

You might need to replace the charger.  A lot of people here have reported charger failures starting at around 10 years of service.  

If you are getting power to the charger, there's no other switch or breaker inside the charger.

I’m using a Guest (Marinco) charger for my thruster. Works great and about $120.
