Gas Tank Location

Can someone tell me where the gas tanks are located and how to access them to check the float valve. I have a 2004 Fiesta Vee 312.

On my 2003 310 that may be similar they are forward of the engines behind the firewall. Port sender is port side rearward so a long arm stretch to get to and can be seen from above through cup holder. Starboard opposite but on mine impossible to get to, there is supposedly meant to be access hatch there (like for the starbaord side reader arch bolts) but there is not.
