Screeching sound - 1988 Captiva 186

Get a screeching sound when I trim up or down - not always, but sometimes. Can't diagnose and would appreciate any ideas.

How’s the oil level in the reservoir?

your anode might have come loose and be rubbing also...

Yeah, that's usually the sound of the pump sucking air.

Dip stick looks good. Reservoir looks low, though and I'll add. Thanks

Are you sure your looking at the correct reservoir? There isn’t a dipstick for the trim cylinder reservoir.
