Micro Shifters

Does anyone know if Rinker used micro shifters on any late model Rinkers. I am thinking about converting our 1999 330 shifters. The cable shifters seem to always be cantankerous. Has anyone done this ??

    Not micro shift but I replaced the cables and the control in my 2008 330 with SeaStar extreme and the difference is night and day! My old control/cables were binding and it made docking unnecessarily unnerving. 

    Total cost was about $1000 for the control and new cables, plus some blood and tears of course.

    The only non-cable shifter system I've heard of on Rinkers is the Mercury DTS system.  (That's a SmartCraft system, so it can't be retrofitted to your '99.)
