Well easy to replace with new by attaching one end of the new hose to the old and pulling thru

I replaced my line to the tank a year or so ago. However getting behind into the void will need as @davidbrooks said, disassembly or a very small child to get in there. Not sure about the 280 but in my 310 I took out the small cupboard in the head and cleaned out what I could reach through there and a spray bottle with some diluted bleach/cleaner will help.

i am not sure on the 280 but on a 342 you have to disassemble the entire rear berth area.  The tank can then be unstrapped and removed.  I did it last year on mine.  I also had the smell.  In part some was coming from the actual tank itself as i think that the stink had become embedded in the plastic.  The vent connection was an elbow fitting and it was also loose.  That may of contributed as well.  Does it smell all the time or only when you flush the toilet? if it is when you flush then add a charcoal filter on the vent line.
Hi again, now I am back on this topic.
Now I want to replace the tube.
The tube seems to be fixed some where in the area that I cant get into.
We are able to move the tube a little bit but when moving in one end you dont see or feel the move in the other end, my feeling is that it is fixed in some way.
It is where the A/C is located.
How can I remove the "wall" in the end of the mid cabin so that I can get into that area?
    Any suggestions?
