2004 342 fv red panel lights are on, fridges are not cold

I noticed the other day, both my fridges on 12v, were not very cold.  Later I noticed the red lights were lit up on the electrical panel. Not sure the two were part of the same issue.  When back at port and on shore power, the fridges were cooling much better.  Do the fridges kick out at a certain battery voltage being supplied?

If voltage drops too low then yes, the compressor will shut down in a lot of cases.
