Rod holder for sure. That is mounted too low to use as a grill adapter. The bottom of the grill would be too close to the gunwale. By the way, that's not exactly the best place to have a rod holder ... it'll crack the gelcoat. Better to have mounted it to the gunwale.
On an other post he said there is one on each side of the cockpit. I am assuming he is talking about the fishing rod holders but who knows.................

I assume the OP knows the item to the right is a rod holder. The square bracket is a lot like a Magma A10-240 side-square bulkhead BBQ mount. After market for sure.
It's the hinges on the door so it can swing open or closed. This is one of those moments when you ask a question but aren't specific and it leaves room for idiots like me to make comments.
It does look like a kettle style grill mount. But as raybo pointed out he did say there was one on each side. 🤔
Thanks for the replies everyone! Yes I am aware the round cylinder shaped ss bracket is a roc holder. It is the square shaped bracket directly above the battery switch panel. And the boat has the same on the starboard side. Sorry about the 2 posts onward topic. I am new and didn't realize that they showed up delayed after being approved.
