excessive fuel pressure

I have a 32' foot Rinker cruiser and one engine has excessive fuel pressure that fouls out the plugs. does anyone have a solution?

it's absolutely possible to foul plugs by washing cylinders... the duty cycle of the injector is based off the expected pressure of the fuel at the rail, and if the engine is a non-catalyst engine, then it would know no better... if the pressure is substantially higher, it delivers more fuel- period...
if you're talking a carb'd engine, we're talking a different subject and direction- but I'm assuming you're EFI...
sounds like a hung injector, or short in your injector harness(s).. those injectors need juice to both open AND close.. when they aren't under power, they can be pushed either way, easily.. if the pressure of fuel is behind them, then they are staying open and washing your cylinders.. not good..
check your harness for power..
