Sanitation Hose Size

Greeting All;
I am thinking about replacing the sanitation hose on my 2004 FV 270.....
can someone tell me the dimensions of the proper hose replacement....and will I be able to
easily snake the new hose from the head to the holding tank by taping the old to the new?

This is what I had on my 310:

Sanitation hose - 1 3/4” OD tank to joiner near head then reduced to 1 1/4” OD to go to head pump.
