1997 Fiesta Vee 266 control panel switches

I recently purchased a '97 Fiesta Vee 266 that I'm working on. I am unable to read what the rocker switch below the wiper switch, operates. It appears to say "cabin", although it lights up when turned to the on position, I cant tell that it turns anything on? Any info on what this switch controls?
