Stainless rub rail repair

So I have two separate dents in the stainless insert on the rub rail. Bugs the crap outta me. My eyeballs zoom in on them.

I assume I could unscrew a section of stainless insert - look to be about 10ft long & massage the dent out??? Reseal the screws.

Still have some old autobody dent tools.
Yes/no? Leave it alone?

well, I'd be leaving it alone.  It is called a rub rail for a reason.  Just my .02 cents.
