Koehler 5 e rocker cover oil leak

My gen is leaking from the rocker cover seals. I purchased new seals and covers but I am unable to find the torque specs for the rocker cover bolts does anyone have those specs? I thought I would also check the valve clearance while I had the covers off. Does anyone have the valve clearance specs as well?
