IAC Filter/Muffler

I replaced my IAC mufflers/filters today after one season of use, definitely an annual item to replace.

    Did the ones on my Doral don't think they were ever done they were hard as a brick,don't know how air could get by. This makes the IAC go bad it works to hard

    Agreed, for under $20/pair I think it's a smart move.  Mine look the same as yours.

    Went to look for the IAC filter on 5.7 Merc ETC motors last night. Can't find them.
    Not in the throttle body, no remote IAC cartridge either. 2014 5.7L 300hp DTS.

    Any ideas?

    I've got Electronic Control Technology also. Maybe ECTs don't have them?
