If I take off the hose from seacock valve , will the generator suck in antifreeze from a bucket similar to the ac?

Yes, that’s how I did mine. I ran the hose in a bucket for a while and ran the generator to flush with fresh water first before using the pink.

I have a long funnel that fits into the end of the hose.  The funnel holds about a gallon.  When I turn on, I then start pouring in a second gallon.

My hose on my getset that comes of the sea strainer is long enough to stick in a gallon jug of pink. Fire up genset, when pink comes out the wife bangs on the boat and shut down. Can't hear anything when in the engine bay and gen running.

Yep I always put 2 gal in a 3 gal bucket in my 342 and the 5e sucked it through no problem
