I have a 270 FV and have air conditioning problem

I just got the boat, a fixer upper. I got most items working but the air conditioning does not have water and I am not sure where the plumbing is for it.  Or the pump and filter.  Can anyone help.  Thanks

Underneath mattress in aft cabin. Lift up mattress right behind steps and you will see a white access panel

Does not have water? Are you saying the boat is in the water and the a/c is not pumping? The valve under the mattress could be turned off, beyond that the pump could be bad or the strainer under the mattress could be clogged as well.

Ok anyone, I finally looked under the inner bed. I found the white hatch. In it was 2 hoses with shut off valves, both were open.  Also a plastic clear box with what looks like a sump pump in it.  Is this the pump that needs to be primed? Is the box what holds water to keep the prime? Also if this is the pump, does it come on as soon as the air is turned on?

The sump box is for the shower.

Thanks for that @YYZRC so where do I find the pump for the air? Only the 2 valves and duct work was in that box.  I can't see anymore white covers under the mattress.

The pump for the AC is usually small (about the size of a soup can) and often burgundy in color. It will have a 110v power source.

My 310 also has the strainer for the AC in same compartment. To prime mine I open valve and loosen the strainer and allow it to fill. This usually is enough to prime the pump

Tomorrow I'll have to take the mattress off and look for another opening. I'll take pictures of the one I found, it was just full with shut off valves 2, and the shower box and ducts for the air conditioner.  Thanks for the help

Yes 2 valves. One for the toilet and one for the AC.

on my 2004 270 the AC water pump is in the compartment in the aft cabin as previously noted and is attached on the forward port side wall of the compartment up high

you almost have to stick your head right in there to see it.

Thanks @Handymans342 I appreciate that.  I use to go your way when I had my SeaCat. But we decided we enjoyed cruising more then fishing so we bought this.  Also Thanks @skuter99 thats exactly where I found it, I never stuck my head in far enough to see it.  I just posted a question on my motor log about fuel pressure I want to check.

Looks like it was bought from a government auction. Very presidential looking colors.

It is painted, They did a good job of it. But they also painted the dash plates around the instruments which I do not like. will order new ones. I bought it from a guy in **** Gorda that had it on a lift. He was a snow bird and never used it, it sat for probably 2 years untouched in the weather with a great cockpit cover in his garage.

That was odd the program bleeped out the word in front of Gorda. Also I had the trailer made after I bought the boat.
