great point michael on the bbq 110. those of use with ice makers or refrigerators behind the helm. I am aware of 320's and 340's. you have an additional 110 reciprocal where the unit plugs into. I pulled my ice maker out and ran a extension from it to the 4 screw hatch under the helm seat. I run a small lamp that sits on the blender hatch and it plugs to the extension below the helm seat. the 25 watt light gives off a nice ambience at night. in addition to the extension I plugged in my hand held vhf under the sea too. now its always charged and a home out of sight.
On the 340, there's a 110 outlet at the entertainment centre but no 12v outlet. I'm panning to add one this week. There's 12 v from the blender circuit that I've redirected to the TV. I'll tap into it so we can charge the handheld VHF, iPad's or cell phones.
We used to have a 12v clamp on fan but it was heavy metal and rattled a lot so it went into the garbage. I haven't been able to find one this summer so I might need to use an inverter and run the AC fan when under way in the hot rainy weather.
