At about 2:59 you can see a shot of a Makkara, or "Sauna Sausage"....NO..not what you're thinking. An actual smoked sausage that is cooked right on the sauna rocks to be enjoyed after Sauna with a cold beer. Although I've always cooked mine in foil to keep the grease off the rocks. Have also done a trout fillet. Delicious!
