25 years old?  Even though the refit seems well-done, $1.8M is too high.  And "money pit" is redundant -- it's a 96-foot yacht!

Engine room is nice.  I'd give them $750k for it & live on it right now!  I think the camera man has an eye for the lady showing the boat.  He seems to zoom in on her going up and down quite a bit.

He does have a habit of focusing on her legs and butt. I didn't mind.
