No affiliation but looks like it would make an amazing fishing platfrom boat that could handle seas that the most salty of fishers wouldn't want to.

Pretty cool that it’s an inboard. Get a canvas back for the cockpit area or build a solid wall with a door, would be nice.

Doesn't look sus to me.  An area not far from lake Murray(big lake) and the yard looks like something you'd see in Clinton.  Its in  the sticks.
