2014 Rinker 260 EC toilet will not fill with water

Hello everyone,
The head flushes but pressing the fill button does not work. I hear a relay or something clicking in the toilet when I press the fill button but nothing comes out. I checked fuses and all are good.
Where should I look?

    Is the ball valve open on the though hull.

    Or, is your fresh water pump (galley pump) turned on?  Some boats have the toilet connected to fresh water instead of a thru-hull fitting.

    Pump could be bad or stuck. Locate the pump and put a screwdriver on the back shaft of the motor and turn it. Then push the button and see what happens.

    Yeah, sounds like your raw water pump is stuck ... find it and make sure the valve is open ... I assume you are in the water (it's winter here) and it worked recently, but now doesn't?

    Hello again, 
     I located the seacock valve and opened it. Pressing the pump button doesn't do anything to the pump. I can't see the model of the pump to troubleshoot. 
    Anyone know the model of the pump?
