Rinker Sold Today

I sold our 330ec today.  Always a good feeling when you get that check.  Thanks to everyone on this forum for the advice and camaraderie.  This 330 was our first experience with a “big boat” and the last 5 years was a lot fun.  We had a survey done on what will likely be out next boat which is a 2012 Sea Ray 390.

Once a Rinker owner, always a Rinker owner. At least in spirit. We have several members who have moved on to new horizons but still hang out here. So, good luck and don't be a stranger. I would like to hear about the Sea Ray. And don't forget pictures.

Thanks gents.  Survey done on the 390 Friday.  Having an oil analysis done.  Hope to have survey report Tuesday or Wednesday and oil report by end of the week.  Spending 2500 on survey, oil analysis, pull out, power wash hull and winterize on jacks.  A lot to figure out if you want to buy it.

No. I looked at the boat 3 weeks ago.  Went back last weekend and did my own sea trial.  Also I was there most of the day for the survey and pull out.

Boat trader.  But it sold to the friend of a guy who has the slip next to where the boat stays.

Wow very nice! We looked at the 380 (mid 2000s 390) and loved that wrap around cockpit seating with the door in the middle. Awesome!

We looked at new in 2018 models and that was about it then we left and said wow those are expensive 😂.

still going thru the purchase process on this boat.  the SR is powered by 2 502 mercruiser motors with V-drives.  with this being a fresh water boat and that motor configuration, is the exhaust /riser failure i have read about a concern?
