2010 360 EC- Voltage drop and wiring diagram needed.

Does anyone know how this boat's charging system is wired.
I have twin Merc's, two starting batteries, one house battery and one generator starting battery.
I just installed two new alternators and here are the readings i am getting at idle speed:

Alternator output: 14.3volts
Battery terminal: 13.4v
Vessel View Display: 12.9v

I have nearly a full volt drop between the alternator and battery.
Then 1/2 volt drop from battery to Vessel View.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this setup?

Thanks

It would be normal to get a drop of 0.6 to 0.7 v across the diodes in the battery isolator.  A drop of 0.9 is high.  And I don't know why VV would say 12.9.

In addition to cleaning and tightening all of the cable connections, consider replacing the battery isolator with a digitally controlled model such as the ProIsoCharge, which has no voltage drop.

Here's a set of schematics for the 342, which should be similar.
