Any have experience with GERD.  I have cardio work ups done and my heart is good....but dam I get some massive chest pain attacks.  Dr told me once it could be GERD.  Having an episode tonight.

Someone we boat with has them.  They really seem bad at times.

No haven't been checked for that hernia...though I know I have a inegual hernia.

Eat low-fat foods and maybe go veggie for a while. No hot sauces and no spicy food. Cut out alchohol. I dont think anyone of us can do all of this LOL

Had had it for years and took aciphex daily in attempt to control. Eventually had acute pancreatitis and spent two weeks in hospital. Made me realize what I should have realized years before... Both were caused by too much alcohol too often. Have had it since I stopped drinking.
